United Way Appreciation to City of Athens

Limestone County’s United Way Director Kaye McFarlan, middle, presents a certificate of appreciation to Athens Mayor Ronnie Marks, left, and Athens City Council President Jimmy Gill, right. The appreciation is for the city allowing United Way to use the old City Hall to store and distribute bicycles and other toys for the Toys for Tots Christmas program. The old City Hall is vacant because it is set for demolition in preparation of a new City Hall.
